ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวฮึ่ม..!!!
เตือนแท็กซี่ปฎิเสธ ไม่รับผู้โดยสาร,นักท่องเที่ยว
หากพบเห็น แจ้ง 1155 จะประสานส่งข้อมูลให้กรมขนส่งฯให้ลงโทษเอาผิดฯ
วันนี้ (17 ก.ย.65) ที่ บช.ทท.พล.ต.ท. สุคุณ พรหมายน ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวมอบหมายให้ พล.ต.ต.อภิชาติ สุริบุญญา โฆษกกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว แจ้งผ่านสื่อมวลชนว่า กรณีมีนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติจำนวนไม่น้อยร้องเรียนผ่านสายด่วนช่วยเหลือนักท่องเที่ยว 1155 เข้ามาถึงพฤติกรรมแท็กซี่ที่ปฏิเสธการรับและบริการผู้โดยสารในบริเวณแหล่งและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ในช่วงเวลาฝนตกหนัก ซึ่งสร้างความเสียหายต่อภาพลักษณ์การท่องเที่ยวไทยเป็นอย่างยิ่งนั้น
กองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวได้พิจารณาพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวของแท็กซี่แล้วเห็นว่า เป็นพฤติกรรมที่ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ สร้างความเสียหายต่อภาพลักษณ์ของคนไทย และบั่นทอนความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านการท่องเที่ยวไทยเป็นอย่างมาก ช่วงนี้เป็นช่วงเวลาของการแข่งขันด้านอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของหลายๆ ประเทศ ซึ่งแน่นอนรวมทั้งประเทศไทยเราด้วย
กองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวจึงขอถือโอกาสนี้ ขอแสดงความห่วงใยและฝากเตือนไปยังผู้ให้บริการรถรับจ้างสาธารณะทุกประเภทว่า ขอความกรุณาอย่าแสดงพฤติกรรมอันไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพกับนักท่องเที่ยวเลย เพราะจะส่งผลเสียหายต่อประเทศชาติอย่างมาก
ขอเรียนว่า จนถึงปัจจุบันนี้ การท่องเที่ยวของไทยเรามาได้ดีแล้ว หลายสถาบันระหว่างประเทศที่ทำสำรวจความเห็นนักท่องเที่ยวก็มักบอกเสมอว่า ประเทศไทยเป็นที่หมายต้นๆ ของโลกด้านการท่องเที่ยว ดังนั้น การกระทำที่ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพเพียงคิดง่ายๆ ไม่คำนึงถึงภาพรวมของประเทศ จะส่งผลให้ภาพรวมของประเทศเสียหายเป็นอย่างมาก
พล.ต.ต. อภิชาติฯ กล่าวอีกด้วยว่า หากนักท่องเที่ยวท่านใดประสบปัญหาเรียกรถบริการสาธารณะแล้วถูกปฏิเสธการให้บริการ ให้ถ่ายภาพรถ ถ่ายภาพทะเบียนรถไว้ จากนั้นให้โทรแจ้งสายด่วนช่วยเหลือนักท่องเที่ยว 1155 ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวจะรับเรื่องและประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะกรมขนส่งทางบกให้ดำเนินการกับผู้ขับขี่รถบริการสาธารณะคันดังกล่าวตามระเบียบและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป หากกรมขนส่งทางบกพิจารณาแล้วเป็นพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสมจริงอาจมีบทลงโทษที่ส่งผลต่อการประกอบอาชีพขับรถบริการสาธารณะในอนาคตอย่างแน่นอน
และกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวขอถือโอกาสนี้ ขอความร่วมมือจากประชาชนและสังคมช่วยกันตรวจสอบในเรื่องนี้ด้วย เพื่อช่วยกันขจัดผู้ขับขี่รถให้บริการสาธารณะที่ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพให้เลิกพฤติกรรมเช่นนี้เสีย หากคนไทยทุกคนช่วยกัน การท่องเที่ยวไทยจะเจริญรุ่งเรืองและสร้างรายได้มหาศาลให้กับประเทศไทยและคนไทยทุกคนอย่างแน่นอน
Tourist police warns the unprofessional taxi not to pick up tourists.
Today (17 September 2022) at 1000 hrs., Pol. Lt. Gen. Sukhun Pormmayon, Commissioner of the Tourist Police Bureau, has assigned Pol Maj Gen Apichat Suriboonya, spokesman for the Tourist Police Bureau, told the press that 2 months ago until now, many foreign tourists have complained through the tourist assistance hotline 1155 that they experienced the bad behaviour of taxis that refuse to accept and serve passengers in the tourist attractions, especially during heavy rain, which greatly damages the image of Thai tourism.
The Tourist Police Bureau has considered such behaviour of the taxi is unprofessional, and damages the image of our country and badly undermine the competitiveness of Thai tourism. This period is a time of competition in the tourism industry of many countries, of course, including Thailand.
The Tourist Police Bureau would like to take this opportunity to express my concern to all types of public transport service providers that please do not show any unprofessional behaviour towards tourists. Because it will affect our country’s image.
Mr Spokesman added that up to the present, Thailand’s tourism has been good. Many international institutions surveying tourists have always said that Thailand is the first tourist destination of the world where many tourists would like to visit. Therefore, unprofessional actions which just come from a simple thought regardless of considering of overall picture of the country will result in a huge damage to the overall picture of the country.
Pol Maj Gen. Apichat also said that if any tourist face trouble calling a public service vehicle and the drivers denied to give service, take a photo of the car, take a photo of the license plate, then call the Tourist Assistance Hotline 1155. The Tourist Police will note the problem and coordinate the relevant agencies, in particular, the Department of Land Transport to consider the drivers in accordance with relevant regulations and laws. If the Department of Land Transport considers the drivers express inappropriate behaviour, there may be penalties that will definitely affect their driving career in the future.
Also, the Tourist Police Bureau would like to take this opportunity once again to ask for cooperation from the people and society to help eliminate unprofessional public service drivers, stop this behaviour. If all Thai people help each other, Thai tourism will surely prosper and generate huge income for Thailand and all Thai people.
